Botanical Kitchen Collection Beeswax Food Wraps

£16.00

Where wildflowers bloom and bees thrive, nature quietly reminds us that the simplest things are often the most beautiful...

Inspired by the colours of an English cottage garden in full bloom, our Botanical Kitchen Collection Beeswax Food Wraps celebrate the close relationship between flowers and the pollinators that help them flourish.

Delicate botanical illustrations are paired with a vibrant honeycomb and bumblebee design, creating a beautifully coordinated collection that captures the natural world while bringing warmth, colour and character into your kitchen.

Lovingly handmade in the UK using pure beeswax, tree resin, jojoba oil and 100% cotton, these reusable beeswax wraps offer a natural alternative to disposable food wrap. Soft, flexible and naturally breathable, they're designed to help keep food fresh while becoming a beautiful part of everyday life in your home.

From covering a bowl of freshly picked strawberries to wrapping cooled homemade bread, protecting homemade cakes, packing sandwiches for family adventures or storing cheese for a weekend picnic, these wraps gently mould around food and containers using nothing more than the warmth of your hands.

With three different sizes, this collection offers versatility for everyday food storage, whether you're covering a small bowl, wrapping a sandwich or storing larger items.

Every wrap in this collection is inspired by the belief that small choices can make a meaningful difference. Choosing reusable food wraps is a simple way to reduce everyday plastic waste while surrounding yourself with products that celebrate the beauty of nature.

Why Beeswax?

As beekeepers, we've long admired the remarkable qualities of beeswax. Long before plastic food wrap existed, beeswax was valued for its natural protective properties.

Combined with tree resin for grip, jojoba oil for flexibility and soft cotton fabric, it creates reusable wraps that are breathable, durable and beautifully simple.

Designed to be washed and reused time and again, beeswax wraps offer a practical way to store food while reducing the need for disposable plastic in the kitchen.

Using Your Wraps

Warm each wrap gently between your hands before placing it over food or around a container. As the beeswax softens, it moulds naturally into shape, creating a protective seal.

Once cooled, the wraps hold their form until you're ready to use them again.

Caring for Your Wraps

  • Wash gently by hand in cool water using a mild washing-up liquid.

  • Allow to air dry naturally before storing.

  • Avoid using with raw meat, raw fish or hot foods.

  • Do not use in the microwave, oven or dishwasher.

  • Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight.

With proper care, your wraps can last for around 12 months, sometimes longer, depending on how frequently they're used and cared for.

Once they reach the end of their useful life, they can be composted where suitable composting conditions are available.
